Trong khuôn khổ chuyến công tác tại thành phố Hải Phòng, chiều ngày 14/5/2016 Ông Phết Sa Khon Luông A Phay - Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành trung ương Đảng Nhân dân Cách mạng Lào, Bí thư kiêm tỉnh trưởng tỉnh Udomxay cùng đoàn đại biểu cấp cao tỉnh Udomxay đã đến thăm và làm việc với Lãnh đạo trường Đại học Hải Phòng. PGS.TS Phạm Văn Cương - Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng Nhà trường cùng lãnh đạo phòng Hợp tác và Đào tạo Quốc tế tiếp và làm việc với Đoàn.Trong buổi làm việc, Lãnh đạo hai bên khẳng định mối quan hệ hữu nghị đặc biệt giữa nhân dân hai nước Việt - Lào do Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh và Chủ tịch Cayxỏn Phom-vi-hẳn gây dựng đã và đang được các thế hệ con cháu tiếp tục góp sức giữ gìn và phát triển. Thay mặt Lãnh đạo và tập thể cán bộ, giảng viên công nhân viên trường Đại học Hải Phòng, PGS.TS Phạm Văn Cương hứa sẽ tiếp tục giúp đỡ tỉnh Udomxay trong việc đào tạo nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, đề nghị Sở Ngoại vụ, Sở Giáo dục và Thể thao tỉnh Udomxay trong thời gian tới phối hợp với Trường trong việc tuyển sinh du học sinh theo hình thức tự túc kinh phí.Ông Phết Sa Khon Luông A Phay trân trọng cảm ơn sự đón tiếp thịnh tình của trường Đại học Hải Phòng dành cho Đoàn, đặc biệt cảm ơn sự giúp đỡ của Nhà trường trong việc việc đào tạo cán bộ cho tỉnh Udomxay.Cũng trong buổi làm việc, Đoàn đã tiếp xúc, thăm hỏi các lưu học sinh tỉnh Udomxay đang học tập tại trường Đại học Hải Phòng, chúc các em học tập, rèn luyện tốt để sau khi tốt nghiệp, trở về xây dựng quê hương đất nước phồn vinh, vững mạnh, chúc các em trở thành cầu nối hữu nghị để kế thừa và vun đắp tình đoàn kết đặc biệt, quan hệ hữu nghị thủy chung gắn bó và sự hợp tác toàn diện giữa nhân dân hai nước Việt – Lào mãi mãi xanh tươi, đời đời bền vững.SENIOR DELEGATION FROM THE PROVINCE OF UDOMXAY, LAO PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC PAID A WORKING VISIT TO HAIPHONG UNIVERSITY Under the framework of a working visit to Haiphong, in the afternoon of May 14^th 2016, Mr. Phet Sa Khon Luong A Phay - Member of the Central Committee of the Lao Peoples Revolutionary Party, Secretary cum Oudomxay Provincial Governor and senior delegation from the province of Oudomxay had a meeting with leaders of Haiphong University. Assoc. Prof., PhD. Pham Van Cuong - Party Secretary, President and the Head of International Cooperation and Training Department welcomed the delegation.During the meeting, leaders of the two parties confirmed the traditional friendship and special solidarity between the people of Vietnam and Laos, which was set up under Ho Chi Minh President and Kaysone Phomvihane President and is being preserved and nurtured by descendants. On behalf of the leaders, lecturers and staffs of Haiphong University, Assoc. Prof., PhD. Pham Van Cuong promised to continue to support the province of Oudomxay in training high-quality human resources, and proposed Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Sports and Education of Oudomxay to cooperate with the University in collecting Lao students under self-supported programs in the near future.Mr. Phet Sa Khon Luong A Phay expressed his sincere thank for the warm welcome of Haiphong University to the delegation, especially for the University’s help in training officials for the province.Besides, the delegation also met Lao students from the province of Oudomxay studying at Haiphong University in the meeting. They hoped that the students would keep the hard work and practice to contribute to making their homeland a stronger and richer country after graduation. They also hoped that the students would continue establishing the bridge of friendship to inherit special solidarity, nurture warm friendship and the comprehensive cooperation between the two countries would be forever green, sustainable forever.
